Poem: Five Little Reindeer
Five little reindeer, playing in the snow The first one said, “Can you see my nose glow?? The second one said, “Please listen to me sing.” The third one said “ I can hear the bells ring” The fourth one said, “Let’s go eat some pie!” The fifth one said, “I’m ready to fly!” Then CLOMP went their hooves, And twinkle went the lights, As the five little reindeer flew out of sight! |

Poem: S-A-N-T-A
Who laughs this way Ho-Ho-Ho S-A-N-T-A Who drives his sleigh Through sleet and snow? S-A-N-T-A His hair is white his nose is red He fills our stockings While we’re in bed Who comes down the chimney With lots of toys? S-A-N-T-A |

Poem: A Shy Santa
Isn’t it the strangest thing That Santa is so shy? We can never, never catch him, No matter how we try. It isn’t any use to watch, Because my grown-ups said, “Santa Claus will only come When children are in BED!” |

Poem: UNDER THE TREE
What is under the Christmas tree? Did Santa go on a shopping spree? There’s lots of boxes topped with bows. But what’s inside? Well, no one knows. I’ve rattled just a box or two. (Okay, I’ve rattled quite a few.) I wish I could have x-ray eyes. But Mom says, ‘wait and be surprised.’ Under the tree is where they’ll stay. I’ll have to wait for Christmas Day. |

Poem: The Day Before Christmas
We have been helping with the cake, And licking out the pan, And wrapping up our packages as neatly as we can. We have hung our stockings up, Beside the open grate, And now there’s nothing more to do, Except to wait!! |
